- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- A product can only be exchanged once.
Exchanges for items bought on platforms like Amazon or Cred are subject to their respective policies. Please contact the platform directly for assistance.

- Our team will contact you to discuss the issue.
- Once approved, we'll arrange pickup and exchange your product.
Exchanges must be requested within 7 days from the delivery date. The complete exchange process may take 7–10 business days.
We're sorry for the mismatch! You can request an exchange:
- Fill out the Exchange Request Form and mention "Color Mismatch" as the reason.
- Our team will contact you to confirm the issue.
- Once approved, we'll arrange a reverse pickup.
- After verification, we'll ship the correct color to you.
