Yes, the following limitations apply:

  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Frido's liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts.
  • We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.

No — not all Frido products come with a warranty. Select Frido products are covered under warranty, and the coverage and duration vary by product. Please check the specific product page or your invoice for the warranty details that apply to your item.

  1. Email help@myfrido.com with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
  2. Attach photos or additional info if requested by our team.
  3. Our team will review the claim and, if approved, repair or replace the defective part(s) at no cost.

Note: The warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only.

Covered components:

  • Hydraulics
  • Armrest Mechanism
  • Chair Base

Not covered:

  • Seat Cushion & Backrest (AeroMesh) / Vegan leather upholstery & Cushion (Ergonomic)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance
  • Modifications not performed by authorized personnel
