Returns

Yes. Per our return policy, certain items such as masks are non-returnable. Frido Mobility Products are also not covered under the standard return conditions.

  • The product must be returned in its original condition.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
  • Returns are subject to a successful quality check.
  • Frido will not be responsible for any incorrect product handed over at the time of reverse pickup.

Returns for items purchased on platforms like Amazon or Cred are subject to their respective return policies. Please contact the platform directly to initiate a return.

Yes. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return an eligible item for a refund — provided it's unused, in its original condition, and the return is initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  1. Fill out the Return Request Form.
  2. Wait for a call from our team to discuss the issue.
  3. Once approved, we'll arrange a reverse pickup. Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.

Note: These conditions are not applicable on Frido Mobility Products.

To cancel a return request, contact us with your order details as soon as possible. We'll forward your request to the relevant team and notify you once the cancellation is processed.

You must initiate a return within 7 days of receiving the product. Returns initiated beyond this period cannot be processed.

First, verify that the Order ID you've provided is accurate. If there's a clerical error or a payment-related discrepancy (such as incorrect payment reconciliation), inform us immediately so we can correct the details — no further payment is required.

Please make sure a return request was raised for the correct number of items. If you notice a discrepancy, call our support team at 1800-203-0777. Once we confirm receipt of all items, the appropriate refund will be processed.
